To be eligible for the Amber VPP through SmartShift, your household must meet the following:

Supported brands include Tesla Powerwall, SolarEdge Home Battery, Redback, AlphaESS, Sigenergy, and others.
A configured smart meter and reliable internet connection are required for real-time monitoring.
You can’t participate in another VPP or battery optimisation program at the same time.
For rebate eligibility, your battery should meet warranty and capacity requirements (e.g. more than 6 years remaining, under 28 kWh total).
